As the
Clinical Lead Veterinarian
, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence and supporting the development of our veterinary team.
This is a dual-focused role, combining hands‐on clinical work with leadership, mentoring, and continuing education training.
Rate depending on experience $150k - $161k + Super
150% loading on Public Holidays
Work‐life balance with flexible rostering options

About You
You are an experienced veterinarian with a passion for emergency and critical care, and a natural ability to lead and mentor others.
Proven experience in veterinary practice, ideally within emergency or critical care
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to continuous learning and evidence‐based practice
Leadership capability with the ability to influence, guide, and support a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in decision‐making and the ability to work with minimal supervision
A positive, resilient attitude aligned with AEA's values
