8:30am - 1:30pm
About the role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll be an significant part of the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and the experience we provide to our customers.
Your role will include:
Providing friendly, helpful and qualified customer service
Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
Supporting the dispensary and pharmacist
Serving customers and processing sales
Stock management, ordering and merchandising




Keeping the pharmacy clean, organised and welcoming
Building genuine relationships with our local community
About you
We're looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant who:
Has previous pharmacy assistant experience
Has a good understanding of pharmacy operations and dispensary workflow
Enjoys talking to people and providing genuine customer service
Is friendly, approachable and skilled
Is reliable, organised and attentive to detail
Works well as part of a team
We're looking for someone who will become a familiar and trusted face for our customers - someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a community pharmacy.
