We're looking for an
exceptional early childhood leader
to play a key role in leading our boutique centre and creating an outstanding experience for children, families, and educators.

What You'll Do: n
Provide strong, positive leadership across the centre.
n
Build genuine and trusted relationships with children and families.
n
Lead, mentor and support educators to achieve their best.
n
Maintain high standards of care, education, compliance and presentation.
n
Support enrolments and create a welcoming experience for current and existing families.
n
Drive continuous improvement and a culture of excellence.
n
Help create a warm, positive and high-performing team environment.
What You'll Need: n
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
n
Previous leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
n




Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
A proven commitment to quality and excellence.
n
A warm, confident and qualified approach with families.
n
Current WWCC and First Aid certification.
