Skillz4me Ltd is looking for a passionate and proactive
Disability Co‐ordinator
to support the team working children and young adults with disabilities through engaging social skills programmes, community activities, and events.
In this role you will: n
n
Plan and run group social skills sessions and 1:1 support
n
Assist with program intakes, bookings, and events
n
Support families with NDIS advocacy, school liaison, and referrals
n
Create social media content and assist with general admin
n
Maintain accurate case notes and NDIS documentation
n
You will need: n
n
Experience working with children with disabilities
n




Robust communication, problem‐solving, and time‐management skills
n
Confidence managing group dynamics and complex behaviours
n
First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Epilepsy training (or willingness to obtain)
n
WWWC and NDIS Workers Screen Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
