Based at the East Devonport Distribution Centre, you will assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee support, delivering a welcoming experience from enquiry to commencement.
You will handle candidate and employee interactions, maintain records, and assist with visa details and on-boarding during peak harvest periods, contributing to Costa's seasonal workforce success.
