You will support families with children aged 0–5, using a strengths-based approach and evidence-based assessments to plan tailored care.
The role offers adaptable working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
You will be part of a team-oriented, rural health team, travel may be required, and remuneration is pro rata for part time hours.
