Australian Workforce is sourcing a skilled Mechanical Fitter – Leading Hand to join a agile workshop in Rydalmere, NSW. This hands-on leadership role guides a small team while overseeing installations, servicing, fabrication, and pre-delivery inspections of crane and heavy-vehicle equipment.

The ideal candidate will have Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical or Fabrication), experience with heavy vehicles, and a robust focus on safety and quality workmanship.
