Our client is a well-regarded, mid-tier accounting and advisory firm in the heart of the Perth CBD. With over 100 staff, they offer the scale and variety of work you'd expect from a larger firm, without the feeling of being just another number. They're now looking for an Intermediate or Senior Accountant to join their Business Services team.

The Role n
Manage and deliver a portfolio of Business Services clients, including compliance and advisory work
n
Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS lodgements
n
Use Xero and other cloud-based tools to streamline processes and deliver insights
n
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships over time
n
Support and guide junior team members (Senior level)
n
Contribute to a firm culture that embraces innovation and recent ways of working
About You n




Completed or nearly completed CA/CPA qualification
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in public practice, in business services, or tax compliance and advisory
n
Solid working knowledge of Xero (highly regarded)
n
Curious about technology and AI, and keen to use them in your day-to-day work
n
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
n
