Part-Time Store Manager to lead their Armadale store
.
n Ready to step into Store Management without committing to full-time hours? This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step, or an emerging Store Manager looking for a supportive workplace to grow.
n You'll lead an established, self-reliant team and create a warm, welcoming and personalised customer experience in a category where
fit, comfort and confidence really matter

$45K + Super | 25 hours per week | No late nights | 3-day weekend every month
n What you'll be responsible for

Lead and motivate an established team to deliver exceptional customer service
n
Drive store performance, KPIs and commercial results
n
Coach and develop your team through regular feedback and support
n
Create a positive, inclusive and customer-first store culture
n
Oversee daily operations, stock processes and store presentation
n
Deliver robust visual merchandising with commercial judgement
n
n

What we're looking for

An experienced
ASM ready to step into Store Management
, or an emerging SM with the maturity and confidence to lead
n
A polished, approachable and hands-on retail leader
n
Someone who genuinely connects with customers and understands the importance of
fit, comfort and personalised service
n
Robust commercial awareness and experience working to KPIs
n
A natural coach who enjoys developing and motivating a team
n
Robust operational, stock management and visual merchandising skills
n
Someone who enjoys leading by example and working collaboratively with an established team
n
