nWe're partnering with a well-established Australian business within the food manufacturing sector to recruit an experienced
Customer Service Representative
.n
nThis role sits within a busy, high-performing customer service team and is focused on delivering a consistently positive customer experience across a diverse customer base. You'll manage customer orders, resolve issues, and work closely with internal teams to ensure service expectations and business outcomes are met.n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and emailn
n• Accurate order entry and management of call lists, cases, and incoming callsn
n• Process pricing and credit requests in line with service KPIsn
n• Log, action, follow up, and close customer complaints and OFIs within required timeframesn
n• Complete current account setups across internal systemsn
n• Proactively communicate customer requirements and constraints to internal teamsn
n• Escalate issues appropriately to ensure customer expectations are managedn
n• Partner closely with warehousing, planning, sales, credit,



and quality teamsn
n• Participate in call coaching to continuously improve customer experiencen
n• Model safe working practices and complete required training modulesn
About you:
n
n• Previous experience in a customer service, order processing, or similar rolen
n• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume settingn
n• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling customer issuesn
n• Clear and skilled communication skillsn
n• Proactive, organised, and able to take initiativen
n• Team-oriented with a strong customer-first mindsetn
n• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP and/or Salesforce highly regarded)n
