The Star Sydney is seeking a hands-on Venue Manager for Sokyo to lead the entire venue operation in partnership with the Executive Chef. You will drive product excellence, service delivery and a vibrant guest experience in a premier dining environment.

Your role focuses on operational leadership, team development, cost control and guest satisfaction across a busy, 24/7 venue, with opportunities for growth opportunities and engagement with The Star values.
