Icon Group’s Slade Pharmacy Box Hill and Adeney Private Hospital in Melbourne’s east are hiring a Hospital Pharmacist on a casual basis. You’ll work across two hospital sites, providing patient‑centred care and clinical support with clinicians and nurses.

Responsibilities include medication chart reviews, dispensing, inpatient coordination, and staff education. Requires 1+ year Australian pharmacist experience and unrestricted AHPRA registration, plus Australian work rights for 12 months.
