We are looking for a proactive and organised
Administrator
to join a busy, fast-paced team within a
leading construction business based in Doncaster.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone with
administration, customer service or office support experience
who is looking to build their skills within
onboarding and compliance
.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the onboarding and registration of current subcontractors and trades
Send welcome packs, forms and onboarding information




Check documentation and follow up on missing information
Assist with induction and compliance requirements
Respond to general phone and email enquiries
Update subcontractor and vendor information
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
About You
Previous experience in
administration, office support or customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicating via phone and email
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Good general computer and administration skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
