Job Description
You'll be joining a growing fintech that provides flexible funding solutions to SMEs. Originally launched in Australia, the business now operates across APAC and Europe and has funded more than $5B in loans.
What You'll Do n
n
Prepare loan applications for internal assessment and review so files are ready to move forward cleanly and on time
n
Review application details and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy, and identify gaps before they become delays
n
Coordinate loan contracts, signatures, and document flow through to activation
n
Keep records, spreadsheets, and internal systems up to date so the workflow stays accurate and reliable
n
Work closely with internal stakeholders to progress applications, unblock issues, and keep deadlines on track
n
Escalate discrepancies, delays, or documentation issues early in a role that is detail-heavy, process-driven, and built around consistency
n
Who we're looking for n
You do not need prior lending experience, but you do need to be comfortable with structured, detail-heavy work and genuinely interested in building a career in finance operations.
Must-haves: n
n
Solid Excel and spreadsheet confidence
n
Careful attention to detail, especially when working with documents, records,



and data
n
Good organisation and follow-through in routine, deadline-driven work
n
The judgement to spot discrepancies and raise them early rather than letting issues sit
n
Nice-to-haves: n
n
0–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, operations, or another process-based office role
n
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment where accuracy still mattered
n
Exposure to document or contract handling and coordination
n
Comfort using CRM platforms or other internal systems
n
Any exposure to lending or financial services
n
