ProQuest Recruitment is seeking experienced Trades Assistants and General Labourers to join an exciting warehouse fit-out project based in Ravenhall, commencing 6th October.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the setup of a brand-new Distribution Centre, working alongside a supportive team on a variety of hands-on installation and warehouse improvement projects.
n
This is a 2-week project running from Tuesday 6th October making it an ideal opportunity for experienced trades assistants and labourers looking for immediate project work.
n

Exciting project work within a brand-new Distribution Centre
n
Supportive team setting
n
About the Role
n
n
n
Installing current drop shelves across 4-tier warehouse racking
n
Flexi racking installation and modifications
n
Module deployment throughout the warehouse
n




Assisting with 5S implementation and warehouse organisation
n
General labouring and installation duties
n
Safe use of hand and power tools
n
Working alongside the project team to achieve installation deadlines
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
n
About You
n
n
n
Current White Card (essential)
n
Current National Police check or willing to complete
n
Previous experience as a Trades Assistant, General Labourer or in a similar hands-on role
n
A trade background or exposure to construction, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, shopfitting or similar industries (highly regarded)
n
Confidence using hand and power tools
n
Robust mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
n
Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks
n
A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
n
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
n
