What we are looking for:
n
n
Minimum 2 years working as a pastry chef.
n
Ability to work independently and within a small team
n
Experience working with laminated pastries with precision and consistency.
n
Manage mixing, sheeting, shaping, proofing, and baking processes.
n
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
n
A good understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and processes.
n
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
