Job Description
For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a part time Clinical Assessment and Documentation Nurse for Romsey Community Aged Care. You will manage ANACC operations, assess current residents, identify uplifts, apply for uplifts, and coach staff on documentation. The role includes DoH correspondence and reporting, with four days a fortnight and adaptable start times.
