Early Childhood Teacher - 3 year old group n
Brentwood Park is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated early childhood teacher to join our friendly team. We are a dual room service, with two four-year-old groups, two three-year-old groups. Our experienced co-educators in the three-to-four year old Ladybirds group, and the wider educator team will support you to establish yourself and become a part of the skilled and dedicated team at Brentwood Park Kindergarten. We are seeking someone who can:
n
Provide a developmentally appropriate program for the Ladybirds group based on children's interests and strengths and supported by theory and the frameworks
n
Work collaboratively with co-educators to deliver the 3yo group program in the Ladybirds group
n
Establish a robust rapport with children and their families, enhancing their sense of belonging
n
Encourage children's curiosity and enthusiasm for learning through play-based and bush kinder program
n
Compile and record observational notes, photos and work samples for children's individual learning portfolio




n
Contribute to the team tasks that enhance the program and working together with educators
n
About you
n
ACECQA Approved Early Childhood Teacher Degree
n
Valid Mandatory Reporting Certificate
n
Valid Certificate in Child Safety
n
Understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, the National Law and Regulations as well as Child Secure Standards
n
VIT Registration
n
First Aid
n
Anaphylaxis Training
