Your role n
As a Service Sales Representative you'll manage and grow a portfolio of customers, helping them improve uptime and performance through tailored service and aftermarket solutions. Supporting customers across mining, industrial and production environments, you will play a key role in helping maximise uptime, reduce costs and improve equipment reliability.
You Will Be Responsible For n
n
Managing and growing an existing customer base
n
Selling service agreements, parts & aftermarket solutions
n
Identifying opportunities to improve customer equipment performance
n
Building trusted, long‐term relationships
n
Conducting regular site visits and engaging face‐to‐face with customers across your territory
n
Working closely with service technicians and internal teams
n
Developing your territory and pipeline
n

Experience in sales, customer service or account management
n
A natural ability to build relationships and earn trust

Motivation to learn and grow in a technical setting

Highly regarded but not essential: Experience in mining, compressed air, or industrial environments, including HVAC, pumps, or
mechanical/electrical
systems
