nAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced
End User Desktop Support Specialist
to provide onsite IT support in a remote site workplace.n
nKey Responsibilities n
n
Provide
onsite Level 1 IT and desktop support
, including laptop builds and troubleshooting.
n
Support
hardware, applications, unified communications and guest networks
.
n
Troubleshoot desktop and application issues and provide face-to-face support to end users.
n
Manage
incidents and service requests
through to resolution.
n
Perform daily
meeting room diagnostic checks
.
n
Coordinate
printer maintenance, consumables and hardware repairs
with vendors.
n
Manage hardware failures, replacement parts and physical installation.
n
Maintain
IT asset and equipment records
.
n
Provide regular updates to users and work closely with Service Desk and resolver teams.




n
Perform other IT support duties as required.
n
About You n
n
Experience in
desktop, service desk or onsite IT support
.
n
Solid troubleshooting skills across
hardware and applications
.
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
Comfortable working in a
site workplace
.
n
Ability to work
12-hour shifts on a FIFO roster
.
n
Strong incident and service request management skills.
n
Service Desk/ticketing experience preferred.
n
n
