We are looking for a highly engaged Room Leader to join our team In this role, you will: n

Collaborate with a energetic team of educators to craft a protected, engaging and enriching workplace where children thrive.
n
Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
n
Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.
n
What you bring to the table: n
n
Diploma
in Early Childhood Education and Care
, or a
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
or ACECQA approved equivalent.
n
A good understanding of the




Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards,
and
Education and Care Regulations
.
n
A warm and caring personality.
n
Ability to
establish and nurture positive relationships
with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
n
A current
First Aid certificate
,
WWCC
, and
Police Clearance
(or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
n
