We're looking for a passionate
Physiotherapist
to deliver evidence-based care across the
Strathfield Area of Sydney
. You'll support clients through
Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program
, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.

What You'll Do n
n
Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients' homes.
n
Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
n




Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
n
Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
n
About you n
n
Degree in Physiotherapy + AHPRA registration
n
Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
n
Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
n
