Singleton Council is seeking an experienced Team Leader Roads to join our Civil Operations team. You will lead road construction and maintenance projects, mentor staff, coordinate resources and drive safe, compliant delivery across the network that keeps our community connected and moving.

This permanent, full time role offers a dynamic mix of leadership, field supervision and strategic planning, with a 38-hour week and an on-call roster.
