Shine Bright EYM in Victoria seeks an experienced early childhood leader to serve as Head of Pedagogy and Practice, guiding pedagogy and educational teams across kindergarten and long day care services with quality, joy and purpose for children, families and communities.

Reporting to the Chief of Education, People and Compliance, you will lead practice development, champion inclusive education and ensure Shine Bright Way permeates strategic operations, reform implementation and service delivery.
