Sales Assistant

, where you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects and ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience.

Tue - Sat roster, 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities n
n
Greet customers with genuine warmth, making them feel welcome and valued
n
Contribute to a showroom experience that reflects the highest industry standards, with care in every detail
n
Unpack and understand each customer's project, guiding them through our full National Tiles product range
n
Provide design advice and product recommendations tailored to their style and budget, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
n
Manage the end-to-end process from design and quotes to delivery with care and accuracy
n
Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices
n
