Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.
n
We are seeking
Experienced Home Care Support Workers
in Mulwala and Yarrawonga.

Permanent Part-Time
or Casual (based on your location and availability)

$ - $
per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your Recent Role n

Help at Home
: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
n
Transportation and Personal Care
: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
n
Client Awareness
: Building relationships with clients and their families,



conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
n
Safety Practices
: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
n
Key Requirements n
n
Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
n
Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
n
n
