About the role n
Mulgrave Country Club is looking for
Gaming and TAB Attendants
to join our team on a casual basis. You'll be a confident, customer-focused individual who enjoys a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in delivering a great experience for our members and guests.
What you'll be doing n
n
Delivering friendly, efficient service to our gaming and TAB members and patrons
n
Monitoring gaming machines and assisting customers with queries and technical issues
n
Processing cash transactions, including deposits and payouts, with accuracy
n
Maintaining a clean, well‐presented gaming floor
n
Upholding all relevant legislation, regulations and club policies
n
Supporting the broader operations team as required
n
What we're looking for n
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in a gaming workplace
n
Current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
n




Solid customer service and communication skills
n
Accurate cash-handling and attention to detail
n
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
