About the Role

You'll deliver secure, high-quality, person-centred care aligned with our values, supporting residents to live with independence, comfort, and respect.

Your day will include:

Supporting residents with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
n
Assisting with meals, mobility, communication, and daily living activities
n
Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship
n
Supporting medication assistance in line with care plans (where qualified)
n
Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life
n
Ensuring dignity, privacy, and residents' rights are always upheld
n




Working collaboratively within a diverse, supportive team setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
The ability to follow care plans and clinical direction accurately
n
Robust documentation and reporting capability
n
An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and resident rights
n
A team-first mindset with a proactive approach
n
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
n
Medication competency (HLTHPS007 – Administer & Monitor Medications)
n
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights
n
