Job Purpose n
This is a permanent, full‐time role working within the Service Department. Flexibility on working hours and travel will be required and a robust understanding of customer service and high standards of values.

Regular routine service of machines and associated equipment
n
Diagnose and rectify machine problems and breakdowns
n
New machine installation and training customer in operation, maintenance and safety aspects
n
Software support and installation
n
Promote tooling sales and sales of maintenance contracts
n
Promote sales of machine tools and associated Amada equipment
n
Key Requirements n
n
Understanding of
electrical/electronic/hydraulic
and mechanical drawings and systems
n




Enthusiastic and self-motivated
n
Smart and professional presentation
n
Ability to work alone and under pressure
n
Ability to communicate in all situations at all levels of an organisation
n
Versatile approach to working hours and travel
n
Requirement to work away from home when necessary
n
