The Role n
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative payroll team responsible for processing a medium to high-volume end-to-end payroll.
n
You'll manage weekly and fortnightly payroll, payroll reconciliations, month-end reporting and third-party payments, while ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. There will also be opportunities to get involved in payroll projects and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities n

Process end-to-end weekly and fortnightly payroll
n




Manage payroll reconciliations and month-end reporting
n
Process third-party payments
n
Maintain employee records, leave balances and entitlements
n
Interpret and apply the Manufacturing Award
n
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
n
Respond to payroll queries across the business
n
Work closely with HR, Finance and operational teams
n
Support payroll projects and process improvements
n
Skills & Experience n
n
Previous experience processing end-to-end payroll
n
Experience processing medium to high-volume payroll
n
Strong ADP Payforce experience is highly desirable
n
Experience across weekly or fortnightly payroll
n
Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and Awards
n
Manufacturing Award experience would be highly regarded
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Good communication and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to manage deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace
n
Collaborative and proactive approach
