Impact Ag Australia is seeking a Farm Maintenance Manager to lead mechanical reliability across a 4,060-acre regenerative macadamia operation near Noosa. You will oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements of farm machinery, pumps and infrastructure, reporting to the Orchard Manager.
The role requires autonomous work, preventive maintenance planning and contractor coordination to keep assets protected, reliable and fit for purpose.
