GoodWe is looking for a Junior Engineer to join our dedicated Australia and New Zealand team. This role offers flexibility with periods of working from home and occasional travel, making it ideal for a recent graduate or early‐career professional seeking growth within a agile company.
Responsibilities n
n
Provide tele‐ and on‐site technical support as well as post‐sales support.
n
Commission, troubleshoot, and update firmware/hardware for PV strings, hybrid/storage inverters, and BESS.
n
Report and follow up with head office on product failures with explicit documentation.
n
Evaluate PV plant performance by studying operational data regularly.
n
Work proactively with installers and retailers to deliver a best‐in‐class customer experience.
n
Maintain regular follow‐ups on technical issues and build healthy relationships with installers and retailers.
n
Qualifications & Requirements n
n
Bachelor degree or above in electrical or electronics.
n




Preferred minimum 1 year experience in the solar industry, especially troubleshooting product issues.
n
Strong analytical and independent problem‐solving skills.
n
Reliable, self‐motivated, and able to learn new technologies quickly.
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
n
Team‐player who works effectively in a collaborative workplace.
n
Friendly, positive, and customer‐driven attitude.
n
Excellent time‐management and organizational skills.
n
Adaptability to frequent travel.

Valid driving license.
