Job Description
Kingpin Macarthur is seeking a Bar Manager to lead and develop the bar team in a high-energy entertainment venue. You will own bar operations, manage stock and safety, and collaborate with staff across dining, bowling, karaoke, darts, and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach your team on spirits, beer, and cocktails, drive monthly revenue targets, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere with a confident, friendly style. RSA certification is required or you will obtain one.
