Legal Counsel
to join the business on an initial 3-month casual assignment, providing practical commercial legal support across the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE n
n
Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
n
Identify contractual risks and provide practical commercial advice
n




Liaise with vendors, suppliers and key stakeholders
n
Support insurance, claims and other general legal matters as required
n
Manage agreements through internal review and approval processes
n
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE n
n
Australian legal qualification and admission to practise
n
Strong commercial contract review, drafting and negotiation experience
n
In-house or private practice backgrounds considered
n
Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder skills
n
FMCG, consumer goods or similar experience advantageous but not essential
n
