McMillan Shakespeare Group in Melbourne seeks a Workforce Planning and Optimisation Manager to lead the workforce planning across Maxxia and RemServ. You will drive data-driven decision making, forecasting, scheduling and optimisation to ensure capacity aligns with demand and service commitments.

This senior role requires robust leadership, hands-on capability with WFM systems and BI reporting, and the ability to uplift WFM maturity while coaching a team.
