Workfast is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Mechanical Fitter to join a Waste Management & Recycling Facility in Stapylton, QLD. This hands-on leadership role will see you lead a small maintenance team while performing preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and shutdown work to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates will hold a trade qualification as Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner, with proven leadership and a robust background on fixed plant in heavy
