Job Description
Simonds Homes Melbourne Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Draftsperson for our Knockdown Rebuild (KDR) and dual occupancy projects at our Docklands Head Office.

You will deliver exact drawings that satisfy customer requirements, company standards and building regulations. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of drafting experience in residential construction, with proven AutoCAD skills and solid coordination with Sales, Estimating, Operations and Construction teams throughout the project
