We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with experience in
high-volume recruitment
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, attracting top talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities n

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring requirements.
n
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
n
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
n
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
n
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
n
Track recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
n




Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
n
Job Requirements n
Qualifications
n
n
Minimum
1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
.
n
Bachelor's degree is a must.
n
B1+/B2 English level.
n
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
n
Experience in
mass hiring/high-volume recruitment
is highly preferred.
