Job Description
A leading consumer telecommunications business is looking for an experienced Functional Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives and business-critical projects across customer-facing products, processes and platforms. This is a outstanding fit for a BA who can confidently bridge business and technology, and who understands how consumer telco operates end-to-end.

You'll join a high-performing delivery environment and work across business and tech teams to shape functional solutions that improve customer outcomes, streamline operations, and enable ongoing platform/process evolution.
What you will be doing n
n
Partnering with stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritise functional requirements
n
Translating business needs into explicit requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
n
Facilitating workshops / discovery sessions to map pain points and define future-state
n
Documenting as-is / to-be processes (robust process mindset required)
n
Supporting solution design, business readiness,



testing and implementation
n
Managing stakeholder expectations and driving alignment across multiple teams
n
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in consumer product + service journeys
n
What you'll bring (must-haves) n
n
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering change across business + technology
n
Telecommunications industry experience (consumer focus strongly preferred)
n
Solid understanding of consumer telco products and operational processes (e.g., order-to-activate, service change, billing impacts, customer journeys, contact centre/service workflows)
n
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and documentation skills
n
Experience working with Agile delivery teams and cross-functional squads
n
Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments
