Job Description

PMO Analyst
n
Supports the entire program by maintaining governance, reporting, RAID, recruitment dashboards, milestonesand readiness reporting across all capability portfolios.
n
Our client is looking at transitioning some of their IT team offshore and will run a program to get the offshore capability set up.
So transition experience, setting up offshore capabilities is the key here.
Responsibilities include: n
n
Supports transition governance and reporting
n
Maintains RASCI, RAID logs, actions, decision registers, milestones, and dependencies
n
Produces recruitment dashboards, status reporting, and governance packs
n
Tracks recruitment, transition deliverables, knowledge transfer tracking, and artefacts
n
Coordinates meetings, minutes, and follow-ups
n
Confluence administration
n
n
