Sons of Mary Brighton is seeking an experienced Breakfast chef to join its expanding team.
n
Candidates must have proven experience in high volume, rapid-paced Breakfast kitchens.
n
The passion to create quality food with flair and the willingness to work as a team is a must.
n
Applicants must be Cert IV qualified and have at least 3 years of experience.
Duties Include n

Preparation and service of Food
n
Maintaining the standards of kitchen sanitation and hygiene
n
Have a team-oriented work ethic
n
The ability to work unsupervised
n
Lead and develop junior staff
n
n
Full Time Salary Package of ($60k -$65K) depending on experience.
