The Animation Director leads the Animation team, providing creative and strategic direction throughout the production process within the Harmony software setting. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality, consistent animation that aligns with the project's artistic vision, with a primary focus on elevating character movement and performance across the production.

Skills/Experience

7+ years of experience working in 2D animation and 5+ years experience in a similar role.
n
n
Solid understanding and demonstration of hand-drawn and/or rigged animation fundamentals.
n
n
Ability to analyse and synthesise complex information and ideas.
n
n
Consultative,

Robust time management and organisational skills, working effectively to deadlines.
n
n
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite and Toon Boom Harmony

Confident presentation and facilitation skills

Effective leadership and management of large teams.
