Transit Systems NSW is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Officer to join our Bankstown team on a full time basis. You will support customers across transport operations, handling enquiries, feedback, complaints and service issues via phone, email and other channels.
Working with the Customer Experience, Operations and Communications teams, you will investigate concerns, provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution, using Salesforce and internal systems.
