Overview n
We are urgently seeking an experienced
Customer Service Administrator
for a temporary role within a government customer service team based in Ipswich. This role sits within the Applications Team and will be responsible for processing customer applications, managing enquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry while delivering a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities n
n
Review and process customer applications, payments, mail, and correspondence.
n
Provide a high level of customer service and respond to customer enquiries in accordance with guidelines, policies, business rules, service standards, and procedures.
n
Scan, register, and input mail within the electronic records management system.
n
Complete all necessary follow-up administrative actions.
n
Qualifications n
n
Robust verbal and written communication skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel and Word
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
n
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quality results
n
Adaptability and robust organizational skills
n
Flexibility to work * hours per week between 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Employment details n
This casual role is suitable for applicants seeking hours per week. Based on current business needs, the temporary assignment is anticipated to be approximately 3 months, with potential for extension. The casual hourly rate is $ (plus superannuation). The position may require a national criminal history check prior to any offer of employment being made, and any disclosable court outcomes or pending charges will be considered based on relevance to the position.
