G2 Legal has been instructed to recruit a highly regarded Property Paralegal to join our market‐leading, well‐known company and support a down‐to‐earth, collegiate in‐house legal team.

The role is ideal for a "career paralegal" or a paralegal who is studying law and plans to stay in the role for 3+ years.
Responsibilities n

Research

Drafting and reviewing documents

Experience with PEXA is preferred
n
Lease registrations
n
Updating and managing reports
n

Qualifications & Checklist n
n
Solid commercial property/paralegal experience or commercial leasing experience from a well‐regarded law firm or in‐house team.

Commitment to stay in the role for at least 3+ years.
n
Full‐time availability (Mon‐Fri, 9am‐5pm). Hybrid working options are available.
