Our client is a mid-sized, reputable public practice located in the CBD, looking after a diverse client group across Melbourne and nationally. They're growing steadily and want an Intermediate Accountant ready to step up.
About the Role n
n
Preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships
n
Preparing BAS, IAS and other compliance work
n
Assisting with tax planning and business advisory
n
Building robust relationships with your clients
n
Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and other relevant parties
n
Working with managers on complex jobs and learning from them
n
About You n
n
3+ years' Australian public practice experience in tax and business services
n
CA or CPA completed or in progress
n
Solid knowledge of Australian tax legislation
n




Experience with practice software such as XPM and Xero
n
Strong attention to detail and able to manage deadlines
n
Confident communicating with clients
n
