Responsibilities, include but are not limited to: n
n
Prepare financial statements, with a solid understanding of concepts affecting individual, SME business and investment clients,



including, but not limited to GST, Division 7A, Personal Services Income and Capital Gains Tax.
n
Managing assigned engagements from start to finish; ensuring the successful completion of concurrent assignments.
n
Being a main point of contact for client engagement including accounting and tax compliance services to a portfolio of the firm's private family and business clients
n
To be considered: n
n
2 - 3 years + recent experience in Australian business services and public practice.
n
Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
n
CPA/CA qualification or close to completion.
n
Experience mentoring junior staff.
n
Experience with a team and portfolio of clients.
n
Experience with Xero is desirable but not a necessity.
n
Very good interpersonal skills.
n
A desire for work-life balance.
n
Knowledge/exposure with taxation structures including, Division 7a, CGT, small business concessions and superannuation.
