Job Description
Hotel Illawong is seeking an experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will work in a fast-paced, friendly setting with a Head Chef and supportive colleagues, delivering high-quality, contemporary dishes.

We require at least 3 years in a qualified kitchen, the ability to cover 38 hours per week across a 7-day roster, and a dedication to food presentation and hygiene. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to showcase creativity and skill.
