Role and Responsibilities: n
n
Manage all golf course and grounds maintenance, including irrigation.
n
Plan and deliver course renovations, presentation and upkeep.
n
Manage turf pests, diseases and preventative treatments.
n
Oversee machinery servicing, repairs and breakdowns.
n
Manage chemicals, sand, fuel and maintenance inventory.
n




Prepare the course for daily and competition play.
n
Lead toolbox talks, safety and staff training.
n
Manage the maintenance team, including recruitment and performance.
n
Develop and manage course maintenance budgets.
n
Ensure environmental, chemical, water and WHS compliance.
n
What will you need? n
n
Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent experience
n
Chemical spraying certificate (or willing to obtain at our expense)
n
National Police Check (or willing to obtain at our expense)
n
2IC/Foreman candidates are encouraged to apply

Driver's Licence and transport
