Full time Receptionist
to join our friendly and dedicated team.
About the Role n
This position (38 hours per week across 4 working days, with 1 RDO) is at the heart of our clinic's daily operations. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every visit — whether in person or over the phone — is welcoming, effective, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities n

Greeting clients and managing the flow of pets and people through the clinic
n
Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
n
Providing explicit, compassionate communication and support to clients
n
Assisting with administrative tasks, marketing support,



and stock control
n
Upholding high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service
n
Supporting our veterinary and nursing team to help the day run smoothly
n
